True 100% completion requires four main pillars: unlocking all 29 Steam achievements, defeating both chapter bosses (The Fallen and Medusa), discovering all 3 bestiary entries, and crafting both the Belmont Leathers and Obsidian Gothic Plate armor sets. The rarest achievement, Perfectionist Hunter, explicitly rewards reaching 100% game completion — only 0.1% of players worldwide had it as of October 15, 2026.

As of the October 15, 2026 Steam snapshot the campaign naturally grants the common story milestones — Blood Tells (79.0%), Flammable or inflammable? (31.8%), Transylvanian Express at 19.86km traveled (28.7%) — while the endgame is gated behind hidden boss feats and the official collection set:

• Collection set (official descriptions): find a weapon of each family, every weapon, a legendary weapon, every health and mana upgrade, every clue, every mirror of life, all arcana blessings, and destroy 666 candles.
• Boss feats: mostly hidden achievements named after the castle's guardians — Snakes speared in the ruins is the most common at 14.4%.
• Mastery caps: Perfectionist Hunter (100% completion) and Dialog Skipper (finish in under 4 hours) each sit at 0.1% globally.

Both The Fallen and Medusa drop unique progression trophies. The Crypt Gate Key unlocks Region 2, while Medusa yields the prestigious Gorgon Trophy signifying complete mastery of current content.

Ensure you have applied both anvil polish tiers (+4 total damage) to your primary weapons and crafted both full sets of consecrated armor before considering your hunter file finished.
